Free access to the Jordan Taylor Fitness Portal on Truecoach. The app is as personal as it gets! Clients are programmed weekly, based off of their feedback from their workouts.

Following your free consult, Medical and Lifestyle Questionnaires are filled out prior to the start of your program, and reviewed thoroughly by me before we start your regiment! First week of training & nutrition is an assessment provided by me, to determine the starting point of your nutrition, physical well being and more.

Training regiments are charged at a flat rate! Say your schedule’s open and you’d like more days programmed within your weekly split- your monthly price remains the same.

Access to my schedule for weekly check-ins! Clients can schedule a phone/video call to discuss their training and nutrition!

Trouble while training? No problem! Follow along each exercise with how-to videos and step by step instructions!

Video/photo, commentary, and message features are offered via my portal on Truecoach, and are readily available to you at any time during your workouts! These help me to keep it as personal as possible, as I use this feedback particularly to hone in on form correction, and important notes to help me improve your training as we move forward.

Accessible through the app. This 4 week program is your intro to training! This program will teach you everything from proper form, key terms such as (TUT, AMRAP, RT, and more), when/how to utilize cardio, intro to free weights, organizing the right split for you, stretching, recovery, & more!

The key is not endless cardio and zero calories, leaving you with loose skin, a bad metabolism, and a longer road to progress- it’s burning body fat with the focus of replacing it with lean muscle mass.
